We are so confident in the quality of our pieces that we provide a Lifetime Warranty on all products.

Your jewellery is under warranty for the duration of the original purchaser’s lifetime, starting on the date of purchase from an authorised BCAPS retailer.

You are covered for any manufacturing defects, damages upon arrival, fades/tarnishes or no longer working under normal wear.

Lost or stolen items as well as damage caused by carelessness are not covered under this warranty.

This warranty entitles you to a one-time replacement for your piece.

If for any reason we no longer stock the piece, you’ll receive BCAPS store credit to spend on something else from our store.
