Despatch Details
All orders are shipped out Monday - Friday (if you place an order over the weekend it will be shipped on Monday). We post all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. All of our products are shipped from our London (UK) office, so that we can do quality assurance checks on your pieces before sending them out to you.

Customs & Import Fees
Like most products, our jewellery can’t be shipped freely from country to country and you will more than likely have to pay custom fees/taxes on your shipment. This is charged by your local customs authority where your jewellery is being imported to. These fees are are your responsibility to pay as we are not involved in this process. If you don’t pay these fees and your order is returned to us then you’ll be responsible for either paying for your order to be shipped again or if you’d like a refund we will deduct the shipping fees from your refund.

Lost, Stolen or Failed Delivery
We are not responsible for orders that get lost or returned to us due to wrong/incorrect delivery addresses or absent receivers. If your order does get returned to us you will be responsible for paying all postage fees.

Tracking Says Delivered, But I Haven't Received It
We do not replace or refund orders that have been marked as delivered, so we highly recommend you provide a secure delivery address and double check it when entering it on your order. Royal Mail recommends checking the following:

- Check the address the item was sent to - was it correct?
- Check whether the item was sent using a service that obtains a signature on delivery*. If it was, do you recognise the name of the person who accepted the item? The name will be provided by the person who accepted the delivery and not always the person on the address label.
- If the item was sent to your home, check with anyone else living there to see if they accepted the delivery. Please also ask check if the item has been left with a neighbour, or in a designated Safeplace.
- If the item was sent to your work address, check with the post room and / or colleagues to see if someone accepted the delivery.

If you have followed all these steps and cannot locate it then you should fill out Royal Mail's form here.
